In the past, our ancestors used to live in houses having gardens. But now we can see cemented jungles. We can see buildings everywhere. Skyscrapers are creeping vertically to touch the sky. These cemented jungles were having trees, shrubs and hubs. But now they tell the story of cement. Hard cement which cannot give us oxygen to make our living full of fresh air is torturing us with emotionless and lifeless surroundings. At times it gives us big blows by harming us via natural calamities.
We used to feel life blessed with emotions a midst in nature's creation. But now our emotions are taken away by cement. Cement took our sight by cutting trees. And in turn it taught us to cut down emotions for to live in this jungle of cement. It made us concrete and tough.
Men cut down trees for making place to live in. But when he felt that trees and plants are required, he planted them on roof tops. He did it to beautify his gallery, roof or terrace. He has not done it to protect our nature or for self benefits.
I came across the swimming pool which is attached to the building as if it is on spoon which is placed in the mouth of the building. And some plants, hubs and tree is standing tall to keep them cool. But Man made creation has no emotions attached to it. 'Man made tree' cannot give us that shadow which trees on ground can give. We will keep on searching for tree shadows to make us feel good.
I do believe that we will get to see trees like this and teach generations saying, "there were trees and plants on the ground. But now we cannot see them as they were destroyed for our living space". Quite obviously our generation will get lessons of destroying and not of creating or protecting, is it not?
What's your say???
